The first step in the classical series! Tiny Tutus grads learn classical ballet techniques, basic dance terminology, and traditional barre and floor routines to develop coordination, grace, and stamina.

A progressive dance class designed to further develop classical barre techniques and introduce more complicated and technical floor routines

The most advanced class in the “classical” series designed to improve ballet technique with longer, more progressive barre exercises and center combinations. Students will continue to enhance their musicality as well.

girl power - ages 9 to 12 yrs.
"Girl Power" is a dynamic health and wellness program that will get young girls fit, healthy and energized! The class begins with 20 minutes of yoga and Pilates to create calm, confident and strong bodies. Then a range of upbeat lessons is covered that foster increased self and body acceptance, healthier eating and exercise habits, leadership skills and a range of coping skills for resisting unhealthy peer and cultural pressures. “Girl Power” is committed to strengthening the self-esteem and body image of girls everywhere.

zumba® girls - ages 9 to 12 yrs.
Zumba® girls offers motivating music and high energy Latin dance moves that are fun and easy for girls to learn. The routines feature aerobic intervals of fast and slow rhythms designed to get girls moving and feeling good about themselves.

soccer skills & conditioning - for girls entering grades 6-8th
Don't wait till August to get fit for for fall soccer and tryouts! This training program includes everything from running and free weights to practicing soccer fundamentals. It's a great alternative to high price camps and gyms. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.

lil’ dragons judo and life skills - ages 4 to 7 yrs.
International Medalist and 4th degree black belt Christine Maurer teaches children important life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching environment! While improving motor skills and developing a positive mental attitude, children become better students in school and better listeners. Children learn basic judo tumbling and grappling, 911 skills, stranger danger, bully busting and personal safety (fire safety, first aid and drug awareness). Lil’ Dragon uniform is required for a $29 fee, payable to instructor at first class.

u.s.j.a judo - co-ed - ages 5 to adult
Learn Judo “the gentle way” with International Medalist and 4th degree black belt Christine Maurer. Learn self-defense, build self-confidence and discipline with Judo’s throwing techniques and mat work. Belt rank promotions are certified through U.S. Judo Association. Junior Judo Team available for competition.

group spinning
Build strength and cardiovascular endurance while you tone and shape muscles. Group spinning is an ideal way to cross-train, and you’ll be burning an average of 400-500 calories per 45 minute workout. Great for all fitness levels!
Senior and endurance group spinning specialty classes are also available.
